Stella is the AI receptionist Australian businesses switch on when they want help, and switch off when they don't. She answers in your business's voice, captures every enquiry, books the callback, and hands your team a clean summary by the time the caller hangs up.
Built in Sydney. Hosted in Sydney. Trained on tens of thousands of business calls.

Stella sits behind your existing number, ready to pick up the moment your team can't. Switch her on from your dashboard for after-hours, weekends, public holidays, lunch cover, or as overflow when every line is busy. The rest of the time, your front desk runs the way it always has. No menus. No scripts. No press-one-for-sales.
When she answers, she listens. Routine enquiries get captured and booked. Anything urgent escalates to the right person on your team in seconds, with a transcript, an urgency flag, and the next action already queued. Your team opens the morning and finds the night already handled.
Stella takes the caller's details and reason for calling, books a callback or appointment into the right person's calendar, and sends an SMS confirmation before the caller has put the phone down.
Sunday at 10pm, when a customer finally has a quiet five minutes to ring, they don't leave a voicemail. They leave with a callback booked, already in your calendar, already confirmed.
An SMS goes out 24 hours and 2 hours before each booked callback or appointment with a one-tap YES or RESCHEDULE. Follow-up prompts tuned to your business keep your pipeline moving without your team picking up the phone.
Replies thread back into the same call record. Your front desk sees confirmations, reschedules and cancellations on one timeline. No SMS inbox, no missed texts, nothing to chase.
After every call is resolved, a two-question SMS goes out. Customers who score you 9 or 10 get a one-tap link straight to your Google Business listing. The reviews you'd otherwise have to chase end up posting themselves.
Anyone who scores 7 or below becomes a follow-up task in your dashboard, routed to the right person. You get the call before they get to Google, and a near-miss becomes a loyal customer.
Stella was trained on real Australian business calls across insurance, finance, real estate, legal and trades. She knows the difference between a new enquiry and an urgent matter, between someone chasing an update and someone who needs help right now. The summary she writes uses the language your team already uses, not a sanitised AI transcript.
Stella was built for real business calls from the first ring. She's tuned to your industry, integrates with the software your team already runs on (Salesforce, HubSpot, and the CRM or job-management tools your industry uses), and is held to the standard your business already keeps.
See how Stella handles a real callStella booked 14 callbacks last Sunday night. We used to lose most of those to whoever answered first. Now we are the one that answers first.
Read the case studyTelera is Australian-owned, built by an Australian team, and hosted on Australian infrastructure. When something breaks, you ring Sydney.
Every call recording, transcript, and caller message is stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). No cross-border transfers, no US cloud exposure, no awkward conversations with your compliance officer.
We've designed Telera against the Australian Privacy Principles from day one, not bolted on as a GDPR afterthought. Encrypted in transit and at rest, row-level security, explicit consent flows, full audit trail.
The CRM and job-management systems you actually use: Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceM8, and more. Your AI receptionist speaks Australian English, knows what an ABN and a BSB are, and won’t ask your callers for their ZIP code.
Something’s not right at 10am on a Tuesday? Our team is at our desks in Sydney. No "please allow 24–48 hours for a response." No ticket queues routed through three time zones. Just a phone call or a quick reply.
Built for sensitive business data. Not retrofitted for it.
Your business's data stays in Australia, on AWS Sydney infrastructure. Not the US. Not Europe. Australia.
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Every call, every record, every message.
Your calls are never used to train public AI models. Ever. Contractually guaranteed with our voice providers.
Built around Australian privacy law, not retrofitted from a US system.

Yes, that's the whole point. From your dashboard you can switch Stella on for after-hours, weekends, public holidays, lunch cover, overflow, or any custom schedule. Toggle her off and your line behaves the way it always has. Most businesses start with nights and weekends in week one, then expand once the team is comfortable.
All data (call recordings, transcripts, caller messages, and your configuration) is stored in AWS ap-southeast-2 in Sydney. It never leaves the country. Our stack runs on SOC 2 Type 2 certified infrastructure, and data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Yes. Your existing number stays exactly where it is. We set up conditional call forwarding so Stella picks up only when your toggle says she should. Callers see your familiar number on their caller ID.
Telera was designed against the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) from day one. We collect only what's necessary, we're transparent about how data is used, callers can request their data, and we have a documented breach response process. We'll happily share our Privacy Impact Assessment with your team during onboarding.
Stella is trained to know what she doesn’t know. She never quotes prices, confirms cover, or gives advice. For anything outside her brief, she takes a structured message and hands it straight to your team, with caller name, phone, reason and urgency flag. You can also configure instant transfer to a human for specific trigger phrases ("accident", "burst pipe", "urgent", and so on).
We use the most natural-sounding voice technology available in 2026. Most callers don’t realise they’re speaking with an AI until they’re told. That said, we believe in disclosure, so Stella introduces herself by name and mentions she’s an assistant at the start of every call. Honest, and she still converts.
Sign-up takes about 3 minutes. We typically have businesses live within 1 to 2 business days, often same-day. There are no setup fees and no long onboarding process.
No. We bill monthly in Australian dollars. You can cancel any time from your dashboard. If Telera isn’t working for you, we don’t want to lock you in.
